1. What Roomie is

Roomie is an AI-powered room-finding service that helps tenants find rooms and compatible housemates in Oxford. We use artificial intelligence to conduct a conversational onboarding, build a profile of your preferences, and match you against available room listings.

Roomie is an information and matching service. We are not a letting agent, landlord, or party to any tenancy agreement.

Room listings shown by Roomie are sourced from third-party platforms including SpareRoom. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing. You should conduct your own due diligence before viewing or applying for any property.

Roomie is not responsible for the conduct of landlords, letting agents, or other tenants.
